Progressive (Repeated) Squeeze - A triple squeeze followed by a simple squeeze,
both being invoked on one player during the play of a hand.
South begins with the SK,
squeezing West. If discards the CJ dummy's Clubs are promoted.
Discarding the HJ likewise gives declarer two Heart winners (one in hand,
one in dummy), while pitching
the DK immediately concedes a trick.
Poor West's discards are always one too late, allowing a watchful South to
win all the tricks.
