Secondary Squeeze - A squeeze followed by a loss of a subsequent
trick or tricks. Also known as a Strip Squeeze or Squeeze without the Count,
since the declarer need not rectify the count.
South initiates the squeeze
leading the HJ.
If West discards a Diamond, then a Club is pitched from dummy; South then
relinquishes the lead to West who must then play to dummy's winner. If
West discards a Club, a Diamond is thrown from dummy; South can easily finesse
West's remaining Club.
